This page explains what personal information Cryptoria collects through cryptoria.co, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is operated by [legal entity name], registered in [country] (“Cryptoria”, “we”).

What we collect

When you contact us. Our contact form is run by Typeform. It asks for your name, work email, company and role, and for details about your project, timing and budget. You can also add a calendar link. If you email hello@cryptoria.co, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, prepare a proposal and arrange calls. If we start working together, we keep it as part of our business records. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who processes it for us

Fonts are served from our own site, so no third-party font service sees your visit.

These providers may process data outside your country. We use them only for the purposes above.

Links to our podcast platforms, Substack, X and LinkedIn take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Information about clients is kept for as long as our business and legal records require.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@cryptoria.co and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
